The Gemini System offers the following features and benefits:
Minimum space requirements - Units are available in both a separate “free standing” floor/box configuration or as an in-line overhead configuration. Units are configured to optimize available “head space”in a facility.
Minimum power requirements - Systems require 2 to 5 horsepower in comparison to spiral type systems that require between 30 and 50 horsepower.
Minimum maintenance requirements - Low center of gravity tray design is superior to a tray proofer that utilizes stabilizing rollers and rails. Simpler design and operation significantly reduces maintenance requirements.
- Balll bearing supported chain reduces chain drag and stretching, resulting in a longer chain life and lower power requirements.
Accommodates a wide variety of pan/board sizes.
Stainless Steel (ANSI 304) main frame structure and proofing trays are standard.
Proofer can be supplied in a 1,2 or 3 tier (level) per tray depending on pan/board sizes and production speed requirements.
