Job Description:

This is an entry level position that reports to the Supervisor of manufacturing/ assembly department.  The successful candidate will have some experience in assembly and troubleshooting mechanical devices. They will perform a wide variety of mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations.  This position is full time with some travel required for service calls locally and out of state customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• To effectively assemble and repair machinery

• Sets up and operates test equipment

• Must be able to read and use internal process documents

• Determines requirements and installs modifications as set forth by customer.

• Communicates problems/observations

• Has a working knowledge of operating procedures and understands why they are needed.

• Able to use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to instructions, procedures and specifications.

• Work collaboratively with other assemblers, supervisors and engineers.

• Regularly lift and or move 50 pounds and occasionally move 100+ pound items.

 Job Requirements:

• High School / Trade School diploma

• Working knowledge of mechanical tolerances and electro mechanical devices.

• Working knowledge of gear box and drive assemblies.

• Working knowledge of electrical instrumentation and controls.

• Understand and work with close tolerances less than .001.

• Must have a vehicle
